Our client, LIC Gotus a distributor based in Riga, Latvia for electric tools, hand tools, household chemicals, hermetics and much more, that operates in all three Baltic states, are looking for Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • to build and establish relationships with existing, as well as new potential clients in the DIY and food chain departments in Lithuania; 
  • to work with large scale clients (key accounts) on a daily basis;
  • support business relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • to develop thorough knowledge of the represented brands and products;
  • management of daily operations with products and clients in Lithuania;
  • operation of product sales and promotions;
  • communication with other branches of company (logistics, accounting, brand managers etc.);
  • regular in-store visits, merchandising and reports of existing clients and products in Lithuania;
  • once a week to have a meeting with companies inner management to discuss ongoing topics.
     

Requirements:

  • English and local (Lithuanian) languages fluent both writing and speaking; (Russian will be considered as an advantage);
  • 3+ years experience working with key accounts;
  • business contact network with DIY stores, food chains and specialized stores;
  • high motivation for sales, portfolio growth and ambition to succeed;
  • excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • B-category driving license;
  • driven to solve any occurring problem with client, logistics or any other field that you may encounter;
  • great priority management.
